Summer is winding down, autumn is around the corner. The beginning of the year began Yoga Path’s yoga classes on our YouTube channel. This new season will bring you 20 minutes and under classes that focus on calming and balancing the nervous system, supporting a strong and flexible body, and restoring a loving and positive mindset. Content will continue to grow and if there is a specific class focus you’d like to see, just drop me an email and let me know.
I continue to cull my 30 years studying and teaching experience to bring you classes that can be adapted to fit your own individual and unique needs. Check out what’s already on my channel and you will find classes for the very new and inflexible beginner to the more experience practitioner.
