Its finally here!!! We have made the Yoga Path YouTube channel that offers FREE yoga classes. As we launch today, January 1, 2024, we will offer two classes. This content will only continue to grow in classes offered and some of these will include classes for beginners and those needing a more gentle practice as well.
Being a teacher that has focused on the individual and unique needs of the person right in front of me, designing a class for the general public felt like quite the challenge to overcome in my desire to cover all the bases. It took many takes, a lot of time, an quite a large bloopers roll. Oh yes…that will be published soon too. As a teacher of yoga teachers not using “we” was something I consistently demanded. Why? Because when you’re teaching its not about the teacher, its about the student. Well, my students may get quite the kick of recognizing that in my completely new environment, which made me feel like a brand new teacher, I threw some “we”s out there. How much the ego wants you to believe it’s you instead of Divine source moving through you.
I made a vow as a yoga teacher to honor AHIMSA, loving kindness. That, I can promise you, was and will continue to be the guiding light in each offering. Teaching is A gift I’ve been called to answer and so, in that spirit…here we go!
